How does the 30% commission work?+

The 30% headline applies to Implementation Partners on services revenue from co-delivered engagements. Reseller Partners earn 15–20% on year-one contract value. Referral Partners earn up to 10% on first-year contract value for warm introductions to qualified prospects. Technology Partners use custom revshare models negotiated per partnership. Every contract is in writing — no surprises.

Which countries do you support?+

We are active across APAC (Vietnam, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Japan), EMEA (United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, Norway), and the Americas (United States) — 10+ countries total. Cross-border delivery is the default operating model, and we handle time-zone-distributed work as a matter of course.

How fast can I start earning commissions?+

Most partners complete onboarding within 4 weeks (application → discovery → contract → certification → go-to-market). Referral Partners typically register their first lead in week 2. Reseller and Implementation Partners start active pipeline within 60 days, with first commissions paid the quarter the deal closes.

Will IDS protect my registered leads?+

Yes. Registered leads are yours for 12 months from registration date. No internal IDS sales team will independently pursue your registered accounts during that window. Lead registration is reviewed within 1 business day, and you have full visibility into status through your dedicated partner manager.

Do I need technical certifications?+

Required for Implementation Partners (multi-day technical certification on IDS methodologies, AI Audit framework, and reference architectures). Reseller Partners complete a 1-day sales certification. Referral Partners need only complete a brief intro session. All certifications are free for active partners.

What is "marketing development funds"?+

MDF is co-funded marketing investment available to qualifying Implementation and Reseller Partners — typically 20–50% match on agreed campaigns, events, content production, or joint conference appearances. MDF is approved per quarter against a partner business plan.
