1. Acceptance

By accessing or using idsolutions.com.vn (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

These Terms govern your use of the public-facing Website. Paid consulting and implementation engagements are governed by a separate signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and applicable Statements of Work (SoWs).

The Website is operated by IDS AI SOLUTIONS, business registration number 0313184404, registered at 67 Tran Thi Do Street, Thanh Loc Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Website to:

• Read our publicly available content (AI Pulse, case studies, careers, etc.).
• Contact us through forms we provide.
• Apply for open roles.
• Subscribe to our newsletter.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Website in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website, its servers, or related systems.
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect data from the Website by automated means except via our official APIs and within their rate limits.
• Submit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or that contains viruses or malicious code.
• Use the Website to send unsolicited commercial communications, phishing attempts, or social engineering payloads.

By submitting content through any of our forms (inquiries, job applications, newsletter sign-up), you confirm that the content is accurate, that you have the right to submit it, and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content for the purpose for which it was submitted (e.g. reviewing your inquiry, processing your application, sending you the newsletter). Personal data within submissions is handled per our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be announced on the Website. Continued use of the Website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
